POWER AND PEACE FITNESS CLASSES!

We 40+ women need to move wisely and intentionally. We are at a stage in our life where our body is letting us know that our overall wellness has to become our priority! Aches, pains, stiffness, grunting noises getting out of our car...we feel glued where we used to feel more fluid.

The biological truth is that as estrogen depletes, so does our "elasticity". This is a full body thing. However, there are things we can do to lessen the severity and help our body age with more ease and flexibility!
That is what POWER AND PEACE is all about. 

We women need a class that helps lengthen and "unglue" our body as we strengthen it.

POWER AND PEACE will help you regain balance, flexibility, alignment, fluidity, and strength.

Merrickville Saturday mornings

Burritts Rapids Tuesday evenings

6 week sessions, come once or twice a week!

2 Videos for at home use are included, along with weekly motivating and informative emails.
