Health Driven Fitness Classes for Women

Fun, doable, and effective workouts designed for women who know exercise is good for them and also want to be able to fully function the next day (we are busy women!)

As a certified personal trainer, I am big on proper form and functional movement.  Modifications are always available, and you'll get a great warm up, full body workout and a fabulous, yoga inspired cooldown. I'll motivate you to do your best, and will always give you my complete support and encouragement...let's unleash our inner athlete together!

Full body workouts with an emphasis on building core strength and stability. Please bring a set of 3 or 5 lb weights, your yoga mat, and water...leg warmers are optional, hahaha!

May and June 2023:

Mondays at 9:00-10:00 am in Merrickville

Tuesdays at 6:00-7:00 pm in Merrickville

Saturdays at 9:30-10:30 am in Buritts Rapids

 (excluding May 20th and June 17th)

Merrickville location: Holy Trinity Anglican Church (side door entrance)

Burritts Rapids location: Community Hall (porch door entrance)
