I entered the wellness industry, almost 20 years ago, out of personal necessity. I was sick, tired, anxious, overweight....depressed.

It felt like I had a bit of fear in every aspect of my life.

Yet, I ticked off all the right boxes of being an adult woman: married, kids, pets, home, job, workouts....my life was good, so add guilt and confusion to that big pile of awful.

I knew something was missing, but didn't know what. I felt lost and that scared me even more. 

I knew I had to take control of my well being. 

I started with nutrition and exercise. I went back to school and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. But I knew that no amount of kale salad or squat jumps would help unless I changed my mindset.

So, I became a Certified Mindfulness coach, a Certified Meditation Teacher, and a Certified Life Coach.

Lastly, I became a METABOLIC BALANCE coach to finally end my search of what foods will be best to bring each client to optimal health and finally feeling comfortable in their body.

I have done the work, I have made the mistakes and learned the lessons.

I am here to give you all my knowledge and experience.

I now love my life greatly! I have a peaceful mind and a healthy, energized body!
