We know the importance of exercise - especially maintaining muscle strength and joint flexibility as we get older.
I want to make sure that as I age, I maintain my physical independence for as long as I possibly can.
I'm sure you feel the same!
That means we need to keep working on our physical well being.

We also know that we are busy... (and tired!)
We need to maximize our exercise time and workout smarter, not harder.
I have done the research, have over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry, and have created exercise routines for women for over 12 years, with successful and happy client feedback and results.
I am dedicated to deliver a full body workout for you, that is sensible, doable, and effective.
You will have that awesome "I just worked out!" feeling without completely depleting yourself!

Classes are in person, in Merrickville, at The Pews Community Hub
​
Wednesday and Saturday mornings at 9:00
Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:45
(Each class is roughly one hour in length)

Starting date: Tuesday, September 17th 2024

7 week sessions:
*You pay for 7 weeks at a time
*Routine changes every 7 weeks
​
Pricing (for almost 2 months):
7 class pass = $105.00 ($15/class)
[eg: once a week for the 7 weeks]
10 class pass = $150.00 ($15/class)
[eg: once a week, plus a couple extra here and there!)
14 class pass = $203.00 ($14.50/class)
[eg: twice a week]
21 class pass = $294.00 ($14.00/class)
[eg three times a week]
28 class pass = $365.00 ($13.00/class)
[all in! 4 classes a week]

You aren't "locked in" to certain days or times. You can use your pass however you need during the 7 weeks to fit into your schedule. Meaning, if you come to a Saturday morning class on your first week, you don't need to keep coming to Saturday classes, you can pick and choose the day and time throughout the session.
If you exceed your class pass amount, you can use the drop in class option.
For example, if you buy 7 classes, but find you can make it to 8, just bring $20 for the 8th class.

You need:
a set of 5lb weights (or lighter, depending on your personal strength at the start of class)
a yoga mat
water
​
I will provide all other equipment we may need depending on the routine of the session!
